I'm not getting married but can I get photos taken at the barn?
❥ No, we reserve photography at the Barn for couples getting married here.
Do you host other events besides weddings?
❥ The White Barn is exclusively a wedding venue. The venue is not available for parties, funerals, recitals, conventions, etcetera.
Do you have parking on site?
❥ The White Barn offers plenty of on site parking for your guests.
What is the start time and curfew?
❥ 11:00 am - 11:00 pm. You are able to purchase up to 3 hours earlier at $100 per hour if you feel you need more time on your wedding day.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
❥ Tables and chairs are included. Our chairs are a white folding slatted model and our tables are 5' wide and fit 8 chairs comfortably but you can squeeze 10 chairs if needed.
Are we allowed to use caters of our choosing?
❥ Absolutely! Whether you choose a caterer or decide to do it yourself it's entirely up to you.
Is there a kitchen facility at the barn?
❥ There is a prep kitchen area featuring stainless steel tables, a refrigerator/ freezer, and an ice maker. There is a large sink with a commercial faucet. Due to insurance liability we do not allow cooking on premises.
What do I need to do to secure my wedding date?
❥ We require a non refundable, $2,000 down payment to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due 90 days before your wedding. We accept all major credit cards (3% charge), cash, and checks.
Do you allow alcohol?
❥ Yes, alcohol is allowed but must be served by a licensed catering service who can pull the proper permits.
Is setup and take down included?
❥ You're responsible for the set up and we will handle the take down.
Is there heating and cooling?
❥Yes. We have heating and cooling units in the suites and in the loft area disguised in wine barrels so not to interfere with the aesthetics of the barn. For cooling it keeps the loft about 10 degrees cooler than the outside temperature when the doors remain mostly closed. This is something to consider if you are planning to keep the barn doors open.
What if we have to cancel?
❥ We do not give refunds. If you cancel far in advance and we have the opportunity to re-book your date than we will refund you but there are no guarantees.
Are there restrooms on site?
❥ We have women’s, men’s, and family restrooms in the barn.
Can we have our rehearsal dinner at the barn?
❥ Most wedding parties choose to do their rehearsal walk through on the day of the wedding. If you feel you'll need more time, we do offer early arrivals up to 3 hours as an add on service at $100 per hour. We don't offer rehearsals on other days.
